1. Who you are contracting with

Club Noticeboard is provided by NE GAMES LTD ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of our digital club noticeboard service. By using or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for a club or organisation, you must have authority to agree on its behalf.

2. Your noticeboard and account

The service lets club owners publish social and sporting events and local-service advertisements, and share a public, view-only noticeboard with members. Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and the material you publish. The sales-page example is temporary and edits to it are not saved.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, or to infringe anyone’s intellectual-property or privacy rights. Do not upload malware, probe or bypass security, scrape the service without permission, interfere with its operation, impersonate others, or publish abusive or unlawful content. Do not resell the software or bypass plan limits.

4. Ownership and uploaded content

NE GAMES LTD retains ownership of the service and its software, documentation and branding. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your club while your access remains active.

You retain your rights to your own text, logos and photographs. You must have the necessary rights and permissions, including permission to publish photographs of identifiable people. You grant us permission to store, process and display your content only as needed to provide the service. Content published on your noticeboard is visible to anyone with its public link.

5. Prices, trial and billing

The advertised plans are £20 per month or £200 per year per club, each with a two-week (14-day) free trial. Payment details are requested at checkout. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first payment; otherwise your selected paid subscription begins and renews at the billing frequency shown at checkout. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues for any remaining paid period, subject to these terms and Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

Payments, billing, applicable taxes, subscription cancellation and refund processing are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Check the final total and renewal details at checkout. Manage billing or request cancellation at paddle.net.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

6. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may maintain, update or change the service. Clubs are responsible for the accuracy of their event notices and advertisements, and for any arrangements made with local advertisers. Keep your own copies of important content.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or repeated or serious policy violations. We may remove content that breaches these terms. Where appropriate and safe, we will notify you and allow an opportunity to resolve the issue. These terms do not limit statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
