Privacy Notice
NE GAMES LTD · Last updated 17 October 2026
1. Who is responsible for your data
NE GAMES LTD is the data controller for personal information we process to provide Club Noticeboard. This notice covers club-owner accounts, published noticeboards and subscription records. Clubs remain responsible for deciding what personal information they include in their own event notices and advertisements. You can contact NE GAMES LTD at graham+privacy@grangie.com.
2. Information we collect and why
- Account information: your email address, account identifier and authentication information are used to create your account, sign you in, secure access and recover your password. Our authentication provider handles password credentials.
- Club and noticeboard content: club details, branding, logos, photographs, events, locations, dates and local-service listings are stored to provide and display your noticeboard. This may include personal information you choose to publish.
- Subscription information: your selected plan, trial and billing dates, subscription status and Paddle customer and subscription identifiers are used to manage paid access and billing enquiries. Paddle collects payment details in its checkout; we do not store your card details.
- Usage and technical information: noticeboard-view timestamps and club identifiers are used to provide view counts. The application’s view-count records do not include a viewer account or IP address. Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, device/browser information and request logs to operate the service, investigate faults and prevent misuse.
- Correspondence: information you supply in enquiries is used to respond and resolve the issue.
3. Our legal bases
We process account, content and subscription data to perform our contract with you. Our legitimate interests include operating and improving the service, maintaining security, preventing fraud, responding to enquiries and providing club view counts. We process information where necessary to comply with legal obligations. Where consent is required, including for optional marketing or non-essential cookies, it must be obtained and can be withdrawn. We do not currently run marketing or advertising cookies in the application.
4. Who receives information
Our service providers process information for hosting, authentication, database storage, image storage and technical support, including Lovable Cloud and its infrastructure providers. Font resources are delivered by Google Fonts, which receives technical request information when your browser loads them.
We share relevant account and purchase information with Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for product sales, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing. Paddle also processes personal information under its own Privacy Policy. We may share information with professional advisers, such as legal and accounting advisers, and with authorities where required by law.
Published club noticeboards are public: anyone with the link can see published events, images and local-service listings. Do not publish confidential information or photographs without appropriate permission.
5. Retention
We retain account and noticeboard information while needed to provide your service. After account closure, information is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed, except where continued retention is necessary for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes. Subscription records are retained for applicable statutory record-keeping periods; technical logs and correspondence are kept only as long as needed for their stated purpose.
6. International transfers
Our providers may process information outside the UK or EEA. Where a transfer requires safeguards, we use applicable adequacy decisions or appropriate contractual safeguards, including approved Standard Contractual Clauses and UK transfer safeguards where required.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing of your personal data. You can withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Direct privacy enquiries and rights requests to NE GAMES LTD at graham+privacy@grangie.com. We may need to verify your identity and aim to respond within one month, subject to lawful extensions for complex requests.
You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or your local data-protection supervisory authority. For personal information published by a club, contact that club; NE GAMES LTD handles requests concerning the service’s own processing. Billing enquiries can be made at paddle.net.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections, account authentication and access controls. Stored club images use access-controlled storage and signed links for display. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Cookies and browser storage
The service uses essential browser storage to keep you signed in and session storage to remember a pending plan choice and whether a noticeboard view has already been counted during that session. The application does not currently set analytics or marketing cookies. Paddle checkout may use its own storage and cookies as described in its policies.
You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser settings and clear saved information there. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or checkout from working. If optional analytics or marketing cookies are introduced, we will provide consent choices before using them where required.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the service or our processing changes. The date above identifies the latest version.
